I couldn't be more pleased with Gen-Plus!
After a careless service call last year from a local dealer, my Generac generator required repair.
After the machine broke down because a spark plug was improperly installed, and stripped and fell out, the local dealer give me a series of lame excuses and delays and never showed up to do the service.
A friend gave me the contact information for Gen-Plus. It took a while before they could fit me in, but when they came, the service was superb.
Steve fixed the problem quickly, and competently. Gen-Plus is the best!
They are thoroughly knowledgeable about the machine... expert and dedicated are the correct words.
I will be sure to continue to work with them for my annual service. I'm very pleased. thank you!

Our generator was on the fritz, and I really appreciated that our technician tried to fix it with lower cost solutions first. We ended up needing to replace some parts, but our technician took the time to explain why and what was going on. My generator was malfunctioning and running even though I had power. I called Gen-Plus for help and they had a technician at my house within an hour. The repair took about an hour and now everything is working fine. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly as was the office staff.
