I couldn't be more pleased with Gen-Plus! After a careless service call last year from a local dealer, my Generac generator required repair. After the machine broke down because a spark plug was improperly installed, and stripped and fell out, the local dealer give me a series of lame excuses and delays and never showed up to do the service. A friend gave me the contact information for Gen-Plus. It took a while before they could fit me in, but when they came, the service was superb. Steve fixed the problem quickly, and competently. Gen-Plus is the best! They are thoroughly knowledgeable about the machine... expert and dedicated are the correct words. I will be sure to continue to work with them for my annual service. Fantastic response time, great service technician (Steve). Arrived on time and resolved the issue quickly. He had the parts readily available on truck. Follow-up invoice payment online was a breeze. I heartily recommend this company; they far exceeded my expectations. I wish all service companies in the Hudson Valley were as knowledgeable, responsive and prepared as GenPlus is. Great company!
