My generator was malfunctioning and running even though I had power. I called Gen-Plus for help and they had a technician at my house within an hour. The repair took about an hour and now everything is working fine. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly as was the office staff.

Fantastic response time, great service technician (Steve). Arrived on time and resolved the issue quickly. He had the parts readily available on truck. Follow-up invoice payment online was a breeze. I heartily recommend this company; they far exceeded my expectations. I wish all service companies in the Hudson Valley were as knowledgeable, responsive and prepared as GenPlus is. Great company!

Gen-Plus is not a 5; they are a -10- . Of the services that I have contracted for to care for my home during the past 25 years Gen-Plus is far above all. They sent a technician who understood the Generac machine and was knowledgeable, efficient and careful. My machine is happily buzzing along. My wife and I may now sleep well because we will have Gen-Plus come once a year to maintain Spotty ( Don't all generators have a name?)

Gen-Plus, Inc made by day, doing a great kindness, going above and beyond any duty or responsibility. I have a service contract with go-green. When go-green (finally) did routine service on the generator, they left it not working at all and said they would be back after the weekend (with thunderstorms in the forecast). I called Gen-Plus and left a message asking if they might be able to come sooner. The most wonderful woman--I am sorry not to have gotten her name--called back and talked me through getting the generator up and running again. I am so touched by her generosity and knowledge and thrilled that she helped me (also a woman) solve the problem. Thank you, thank you! I highly recommend Gen-Plus, Inc. to everyone!

They say you get only one chance to make a first-impression. Well, Gen-Plus succeeded doing that! The company is a pleasure to deal with from A-Z. The person taking my telephone call was friendly and courteous; the technician arrived promptly at the scheduled day and time and kept me informed as to what he was doing and how long the service would take. The service was completed in a timely manner. The technician was very competent and I definitely felt that my generator and I were in great hands receiving the best of care. Super customer service!
