I couldn't be more pleased with Gen-Plus! After a careless service call last year from a local dealer, my Generac generator required repair. After the machine broke down because a spark plug was improperly installed, and stripped and fell out, the local dealer give me a series of lame excuses and delays and never showed up to do the service. A friend gave me the contact information for Gen-Plus. It took a while before they could fit me in, but when they came, the service was superb. Steve fixed the problem quickly, and competently. Gen-Plus is the best! They are thoroughly knowledgeable about the machine... expert and dedicated are the correct words. I will be sure to continue to work with them for my annual service.
